LIMITED PENNIES – King Price has my back

Taking the “eina” out of Car Insurance

Who would have thought, I would be looking into car insurance at the fresh age of 24?  Well, in about 5 months’ time, I will be a married woman. Too many grown-up decisions need to be made. This month I made a handy list of things that I need to sort out. Getting my ducks in a row, so to speak. I will have all the responsibility that comes with being a Mrs, as well as moving out of my parents’ home. I will need to start considering things like medical aid and insurance. Gone are the days where my folks take care of these things for me #Blessed. However, I must say I have realized the importance of having things like insurance, especially when it comes to my car.

At the end of the day, these things are my bread and butter. I really need to buckle down and make sure that I have myself covered in case anything happens. Like they say, prevention is better than cure.

DOING MY RESEARCH #Adulting

So, I went to trusty Google and had a look what the insurance world has to offer me and my limited pennies. King Price immediately stood out because of their short-term insurance street cred. We all know that cars depreciate over time, and King Price lowers your premium monthly as your car depreciates!

My car – aka Lil P – that I will be driving for quite a while – needs my full attention and care. So, I took it upon myself to get a quote from King Price via their website, here.  Within 2 minutes of filling in my details, I received an SMS confirming that they will be in contact. Talk about efficient.

The next day I received a call from a friendly consultant. For a minute I had to remind myself I was getting an insurance quote. They really take the hassle out of getting the right information. It was all on point. A massive drawing point is the fact that my premium gets lower every month and the more I cover the less I have to pay every month #MoreMoneyForShoes. We even get a discount for ensuring the future hubby’s car on the same policy as mine. They call it ‘multiple car discounts’, I call it ‘genius’. With that, I was sold. After a round of questions, I received an email with all the information I needed.

With this, I can go have a chat with the future hubby and get all our stuff covered with no ‘einas’. I mean, who doesn’t want pain-free insurance, right?
